Real Estate VA - $600/month fulltime plus bonuses

American Real Estate company needs outbound sales associates to follow up with real estate leads, build rapport with sellers and make offers in which you will get paid bonuses for each close deal.

The associate must be empathetic, fungible, coachable, follow instructions, self-starter, be available between 8 am to 5:30 pm est and looking to work long term for an employer. Training will be provided internally but at least 3 years of sales is highly preferred. My longest team member has been around for over 4 years and I have several more who have been around for over 1.5 years. Outside of me, the core team is made of members who are all from the Philippines that live in places like Davao and Cebu. We are looking for top-notch talent to join a great working culture with a boss who will take keen interest in your development. This role will be challenging but very rewarding.
