Job Summary
Primary responsibility for supporting the sales function by performing administrative tasks related to sales contracts processing and closing. To include assisting in preparation of closing documents and contracts.
Primary Responsibilities
• Implement database management, information management, and back-office support.
• Oversee all contracts through closing with local Account Manager
• Keep the local staff informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
• Key Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
• Bookkeeping skills
• Great Handwriting Skills
• Great ability to focus
• Calm under pressure
• Technology Skills:
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Quickbooks, InfusionSoft (a plus)
• Education/Experience:
Required Education
• High school graduate; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Experience
• Ability to prioritize, meet strict deadlines, and communicate and write effectively
• Experience from contract to close prefered
• Knowledge of accounting principles, contract laws, and Microsoft Office software
