We are a small marketing company that designs t-shirts for various niches. We are looking for someone that will help us come up with designs to keep up with the growing demand of customers.

Duties:

Research websites to come up with designs.
Search for new quotes for shirts.
Manage the design of shirts with our designers.
Create the layout for the sales pages of these designs.

As a test, please send us a popular shirt that's in the fishing niche. Also, tell us why you choose this shirt and how you know it will sell. *HINT* Shirts that sell well usually have quotes on them.

Training will be included with this job. All that we ask is that you come with an open mind and a lot of great ideas!
