Acquisition Specialist- Real Estate

Startup Real Estate company looking for highly motivated Real Estate Acquisition Specialist.

Responsible for helping source, analyze, perform due diligence on, and negotiate the purchase of new equity investments for their real estate investment firms.
Must have cold call experience
Must have speak fluent English
Must know how to analyze Real Estate to make offers to seller
Must know how to complete Real estate Contracts
five years of experience in real estate
excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once and to properly prioritize deadlines, assignments, and workload.
Very detail-oriented
Knowledgeable about wholesaling and real estate closings
Handles adversity well
Ability to sell and close deals
Must know how to use DocuSign

Commission incentives:
$25 for Each contract signed with seller
$125 for Each Deal closed
