Hiring Book-keeper/accountant - Need to be good at excel

Book-keeper/accountant needed for our ecommerce business. There are a lot of calculations and daily reconciliations to be done so that we have a clear picture of what is profiting or not.

However, we need someone who is methodical, thorough and will follow-up to ensure all tasks are completed. You MUST be proficient in the following Google/Microsoft Office programs:
• Excel
• Word

This role will require you to carry out a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
• P&L for each product - Tabulating daily sales and categorize into each advertising channels. And deducting COGS and advertising spend.

• Know how to source for reports in Amazon, payment gateways, advertising reports.
• May require to handle refunds and chargeback from customers.
• Inventory Forecasting

• You have a minimum of 2 years book-keeping experience and can work efficiently without constant supervision.
