JOB OVERVIEW

I am seeking an experienced Virtual Executive and Personal Assistant to help me with my busy personal and business lives. I currently have a busy personal life that includes managing my personal finances, managing my personal calendar, and keeping my life organized. My regular job is as the director and publisher of a book publishing company where I need assistance with email management, calendar management, running reports, special projects usually involving Microsoft Excel, and managing a task list. I also own a bookkeeping firm and need assistance with email management, maintaining and updating social media posts, responding to new inquiries, and maintaining task lists.

Also, I am in Hawaii, which is -18 hours from the Philippines. My workday is typically 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday and you would be expected to work the majority of your day during these times and be responsive via email and WhatsApp.

I use multiple tools to manage my life including Gmail, Asana, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc. I am looking for someone who is very skilled at using these tools and knows how to leverage them in a Virtual Assistant ---------- order to apply, please send me a cover letter with a detailed (and I mean detailed) explanation of how your experience will fit in with my needs. Please provide specific examples of how you would approach email management and task management across multiple email accounts and using Asana to do so. Short responses will be immediately deleted.
