Job Description
Our goal here is to generate new leads and close new website builds with small and medium-sized companies. This role is focused 100% on outreach and growth, pushing to build a steady and growing pipeline of clients while we refine our processes for efficiency in delivering quick, beautiful, and effective websites. This position is 100% remote, and the employee will be fully responsible for owning their own computer, an internet connection, and workspace.
What you’ll do
You will be responsible for outreach and sales to bring in new clients. The general workflow is outlined here below:
Go out and look for robust niches
Find businesses operating in this niche
Compile a database (excel) of contact information (name,
Begin to analyze the business’ websites and identify points we can help improve upon.
Create a walk-thru website review video, explaining the points identified in the step above.

Help close and on-board the client and pass to lead developer for services to begin

Website review videos should be short in length, easy to understand, and should clearly communicate the results the client can expect from a website redesign & upgrade with our services. For example, do not say “We need to install an SSL certificate on your website”, but rather “By helping you make your website secure in Google’s eyes, we can increase your search results ranking which will bring more customers in the door”.
Occasionally, you may be asked to help do basic research and article writing. This will be very fundamental writing (short blog articles 500 words or less) and nothing formal. You may also be asked to help place content within a new client's WordPress website. Training will be provided on this if required, but no advanced technical knowledge will be required.

Metrics
Below are the key KPI’s in which your performance will be measured:
Outreach - Number of clients contacted. This should be between 400 - 500 per month.
Conversion - Number of clients that sign up for services. This should be at an absolute minimum of 2%.
Avg. Client Revenue - Average amount of revenue clients sign up for. The minimal target amount for this metric is $295 USD.
Working Hours
Employees will not be measured by the amount of time they work, but rather by the metrics outlined here above. Employees are expected to be responsive to
Bonus Structure
Additional bonuses will be rewarded for exceeding expectations on the KPIs listed above. Bonus structures will be decided after the first 30 days of probationary employment but may range between 5% - 25?pending on the metric and level of performance.
