Social Media Manager

Working for a virgin hair company based in London, UK. Ship orders to countries worldwide through the website.

Currently looking for a Social Media Manager with proven ability to develop and execute strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness. Also, provide customer service and help build a great reputation for the brand.

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for:
• To manage our 3 main social media accounts - Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Develop a social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase
engagement.
• To schedule stories and posts.
• To write a weekly report on account activities and performance e.g times each account received most engagement, countries which engaged the most,
• Form key relationships with influencers.
• Design, plan and execute Facebook Ads.
• Provide strong security from malicious attackers.
• Bonuses will be provided if performance targets are hit.

Skills needed:
• Have 2 years of previous experience.
• Have excellent verbal and written English.
• Experience using Facebook Ads and finding & testing audiences across channels.
• Be familiar using management programs like Hootsuite, Monday.com, Planoly etc.
• Attention to detail
• Work well under pressure and to be able to meet deadlines.
