Young America is seeking to fill our sales & marketing manager position with an enthusiastic, career-minded individual. This position will oversee the whole operation of one of our e-commerce businesses - a costume & party supply website, as well as develop and implement strategic sales plans for the business.

Our costume & party supply website is still under development and is about 80% ready. The manager will take over this project, complete the website and develop a sales funnel for this business.

JOB SCOPE
1. Devise a shipping and return policy
2. Devise an email marketing campaign, be familiar with Mailchimp
3. Set up customer service email
4. Propose a sales funnel
5. Set up advertising campaign (google ads, facebook ,twitter, pinterest, etc)
6. Interact with customers on social media
7. Maintain blog - proofread and make sure the blog post is very high quality (you will need to work with our writer on this)
8. Have good knowledge of SEO
9. Find a solution for Inventory management on multiple channels (supplier -> us -> sales through website, amazon, ebay, etc)
10. Manage the promotion graphics on the website (it would be good if you have some knowledge on graphic design. But don't worry too much as we have graphic designers to do this job, you will only need to make sure the banners fit beautifully with the website)
11. Devise plans for our promotion campaign
12. Monitor trends & sales - Best sellers; report sales forecasts
13. Product development - propose ideas on what products to develop based on sales trend
14. Product sourcing
and some other tasks that will impact the growth of our business.

POSITION REQUIREMENT
1. Business-minded
2. Has experience in online sales and marketing
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Above average desktop computer skills with experience in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
5. Bachelors Degree and one year experience in sales, marketing, and/or business development.
6. Have a great knowledge in all areas that we stated above. If you have experience with BigCommerce website platform, it will be a plus.

10. Detail-oriented
11. Fast and reliable internet connection. If you have a back up internet source, it will be a plus.
12. Able to work 40 hours/week
13. WILLING TO WORK IN USA EASTERN TIME

OFFER:
1. Base salary with a performance-based bonus. The bonus is a percentage of our gross profit revenues under the condition that you attain our minimum sales target.
2. Paid Phillippines Public Holidays
3. 13th month bonus
