Social Media Virtual Assistant

PolishedAgency helps businesses and creatives get more sales, visits, and engagement. We do this by creating better, more friendly social media experiences through content creation, strategy, and consultation starting with Instagram. We're nimble and we hustle hard.

The Virtual Assistant is the messenger for multiple Instagram accounts. You will send Direct Messages to Instagram accounts that are within certain guidelines. You will be provided scripts to send to these potential customers and have the ability to work alongside our CEO in our Slack Channel.

The task at hand:
- Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
- Send Direct Messages to potential customers.
- Review and optimize the work you produce, while making sure you develop as a creative problem solver.
- Find potential customers by searching for relevant hashtags, locations, and accounts.
- Send about 15 Direct Messages per day, per account.

The ideal candidate looks like this:
- Must be willing to learn.
- Solid communication skills.
- Be flexible with and open to new processes, platform changes, and emerging technologies.
- Can work 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM PST Monday through Thursday. More hours will be available as we see fit.
- Communicate once a day to go over goals.
- Be willing to join our Slack Channel
- This position is ideal for a college student, someone who is self-teaching themselves the art of social media or would like to grow with a fast-growing agency.
