JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary
Responsible for the various tasks within the Human Resource department. The HR Specialist focuses on a specific task in payroll, compensation and benefits, training, and recruitment. Handles and review of job evaluation, performance appraisal and benefits programs

Responsibilities and Duties
Assist in the talent acquisition and end-to-end recruitment process (sources, screens, and take initial interview and assessment of the candidate)
Conducts on-boarding of newly hired employees, payroll management, compensation, and government mandatory benefits
Handles and ensures filing of government-mandated services such as (Philhealth, SSS, Pag-ibig, Withholding Taxes
Ensures maintenance of employees files and records in the payroll system
Provide support to the HR team in implementing various HR-related programs
To provide support, training and customer service to our clients and customers
Prepares monthly reports relevant to payroll and compensation and benefits
Formulation, develop and implement HR policies and procedures on benefits (i.e leaves, travel policy, transportation, etc.)
Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, loans and non-taxable wages
Calculating employee’s compensation updates internal payroll databases and ensures timely payments

Required Experience and Qualifications
Candidate must be a Graduate of any Business Management/Business Administration/Human Resource Management/Psychology
At least 3 years’ experience in in the related field with a background in Payroll, Compensation and Benefits
Knowledgeable of Labor Law Relations and preferably (but not required) use of Accounting Software (ERP) Applications
Excellent command of the English Language, both orally and in writing
