JOB OVERVIEW

The Lead Generation Specialist's role is to generate leads and schedule appointments with prospective customers. You will be reporting directly to the co-founder of the company, and will be a key member of a quickly growing sales team.

What are we looking for?
- Someone with impeccable written English.
- Must be a proactive, a self-starter.
- Must be detail oriented.
- A good team player.
- Know how to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Someone who is always positive and can deal well with stress

Responsibilities:
- Email existing standalone customers and/or warms leads
- Respond to emails/messages from interested customers, and have in-depth email conversations with them
- Schedule presentations and demos with interested leads
- Manage multi-channel communication such as chat, email and phone.
- Generate leads for other company products and services.
- Send daily sales activity reports to immediate manager.
- Achieve or exceed goals on a monthly basis.
- Build rapport with potential and existing customers by providing genuine and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Appointment Setting or Lead Generation in an international BPO setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in SaaS and tech services is an advantage.
