Customer Service VA (Start Immediately)

We are looking for an expert customer service representative with experience working in E-commerce. We currently looking to add more into our team. You will be trained by our current customer service representative.

Requirements:
- Experience Shopify
- Experience with ZenDesk
- Experience doing customer service for E-commerce Stores
- Experience with eCommerce tools

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer's email in perfect English
- Issue refunds according to our refund policy
- Re-send products to customers when needed
- Respond to all customer inquiries quickly and accurately (within 24 hours on business days)
- Display a high level of professionalism at all times.
