Dedicated Customer Support Representative for a Fast Growing Online Store

We are looking for a rising star to join our fast growing team as a customer support representative who is ready to make an impact and be part of constant growth in a fast-paced environment.

Are you ready?

Here's what we are looking for:
1. Be organised, excel in planning and pay attention to details. You will be dealing with tons of data and spreadsheets and never miss a single case to follow up.
2. Be able to handle rejection, angry customers and demanding clients without getting depressed, demoralised or upset. That means you must be ok to be yelled at.
3. Be patient, polite and friendly at all times, not reactive when you receive angry messages.
4. Be available on the weekends to attend messages.
5. Have excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking.
6. Enjoy making outbound calls and talk with customers like a friend. Preferably speak with a good American accent (but this is not a must)
7. Be able to handle immense pressure and work within tight deadlines.
8. Be agile and have initiative, able to work without supervision
9. Excellent time management. Always complete the task being given within the deadline.
10. Love what you do and have genuine interests in helping people or else this job is going to drain you down. Put 100% of your heart into any tasks given because you love what you do.
11. Easy to contact at all times via email, Skype etc.
12. Easy going and flexible. This role requires a lot of flexibility.
13. Do not disappear when you encounter problems.
14. Never give up and will constantly follow up until a case is 100% resolved.
15. Enjoy and excellent at researching information.
16. “I’ll do WHATEVER IT TAKES” attitude is required here.
17. Have previous experience in customer support (optional)
18. Have respect for your supervisor and open to receive constructive feedback (not arguing back and defending yourselves)
19. Love challenges and always strive to grow and be better

You also need to be a hard working who is coachable, dependable, determined, driven, accountable, tech savvy, and naturally obsessed with ---------- te that it is important that you are able to handle immense pressure and have a genuine intention to help customers or else you will not last long in this role.
