About us:

My firm is a talent management and marketing company for the sports and entertainment industry. We manage and represent all forms of talent from athletes to musicians. We are slowly growing with soon to be a steady flow of new clients and are busy trying to keep track of consultants, services, brand sponsorships and new business.

I am looking for a virtual assistant to complete projects and tasks that are anticipated to require approximately 4-8 hours per week, but could grow as effectiveness is proved. The work will include the following:

- Source and secure artists gigs
- Communicate with high level athletes and musicians
- Communicate with sponsors and venues
- Manage social media for the company
- Create agreements and documentation
- Create client bios and electronic press kits
- Schedule meetings
- Online data research for various sporting leagues and athlete/musician research
- Sourcing of brand sponsorships and endorsements
- Collating of client spreadsheets

Skills required:
- Strong spoken and written English
- Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Office 365 (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Must be strong in attention to detail
- An individual with good values - loyal, honest and trustworthy
- Knowledge of sports and music, but not required
- Knowledge of the talent management industry, but not required
