VA Admin/Social media marketer

We are a private Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Clinic focused on helping local communities with health, wellness, and treatments for health concerns.

We are looking for a social media VA admin (with or without branding experience) to run our sales-oriented social media platforms to generate new patient walk-ins. We mainly use Instagram, Facebook, and MailChimp currently but plan to include Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
If you are an individual who can help our clinic grow our reach, our traffic, and our lead flow. And you are looking for a starting point to be a part of a healthy organization and grow together, this is for you. (Yes, we are looking for a part-time position now but hopefully, for the right person, it will become a permanent full-time member.)

We want diligent and passionate people who outwork everyone else. And you MUST be ambitious!

This means you'd be working hand-in-hand with me on a wide variety of tasks and projects.
All while earning a consistent income and building the skills that will turn you into an expert and give you what you need to become successful, Upgrade to see actual infow, you MUST have experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, photoshop expertise and a great sense of a company’s brand ideally with previous brand design development experience whether it is self-started (like building a side project) or professional.

I am a practitioner and need someone on my side to post our brand messages and graphics daily on our social media platforms by carefully putting together to fit our brand with a vision that sets apart from other competitors.
This is where you come Upgrade to see actual info may require some research to find the right content, the right image, the right layout, right hashtag groupings and message to increase the impact.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALITIES
1. The right candidate for this job is EXTREMELY ORGANIZED and already has tools/systems IN PLACE to manage your tasks and priorities so you can always be making the most effective use of your time.
2. Creating graphics, images, contents and writings with proper hashtags in a post, and posting them mainly to Instagram, Facebook and then Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube as secondary. Also converting them to Slides or PDFs for MailChimp e-mail marketing or brochures/postcard materials using Photoshop.
3. Branding experience for companies (priority given to those with portfolios of branding work)
4. You must have an excellent command of the written English word.  Punctuation, grammar, sentence structure… It all must be on point!
5. Fascinated by Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine for health and well-being.
6. Emphasis on skills to organize, prioritize and get through that task list with excellence in the shortest amount of time possible.
If you have creativity, artistic talent, and photography experience or WordPress experience please mention in your application.
Also, if you've been studying copywriting and have a knack for headlines, descriptions, bullet points and other persuasive writing skills, be sure to note this in your application as well.
Other required skills include researching, creating outlines, creating PowerPoint slide decks, writing blog posts, funnel set up, and video editing. Please mention if you have any of the above skills.
