The average low-end monthly pay among agents of our partner site in India is at least $2,000 for full-time callers. Why? Because the lowest tier of unit per sale is $70. Which means you only need 20 sales of the lowest tier to make at least $1450. I want to be upfront with the figure so you know 1) this is attainable and 2) you know really what you need to target before you even get the job.

The client pays monthly for the sales commission and it's all we're getting paid for in this program. But we're willing to shoulder a monthly allowance and pay commission sales in advance once we know you have sales commissions coming in (WE'RE DOING THIS OUT OF POCKET). Therefore, this screening process will be SIMPLE, but definitely STRICT. We need to make sure you're investible and are someone with integrity to work in a sales environment.

We want aggressive people, but more importantly, we want people who sell ethically.

P.S. We are not closing the sales. We merely dial out to existing Telco business-owner customers who are still using DSL for their service. Since our Telco partner would like to migrate all their clients to Fibre, it is imperative to encourage them to upgrade their services. On top of the upgrade to fibre, you have the opportunity to sell them on bundles (TV, additional phone lines, etc.) which means more commission dollars.
