Production Crew

1. Performs and/ or provides assistance on preparation, start-up and stoppage of machines and equipments.
2. Prepares and mixes ingredients for specific premix/ fillings.
3. Prepares trays/ pans needed for production.
4. Responsible to put oil/ grease on tray/ pans/ molder.
5. Performs dividing, rounding and proofing of dough.
6. Performs manual panning of products for proofing and transfer it accordingly.
7. Performs depanning of products from the oven before transferring it to the conveyor or assigned tray.
8. Performs and/ or provides assistance on operating machines/ equipments.
9. Monitor and ensure standard specifications and quality of items/ products (e.g. weight, figures etc.)
10. Feed products on machine/ equipment for processing (e.g. packaging, cutting, transfer etc.)
11. Performs manual procedures on packaging of products (e.g. attach stickers, arrangement on containers etc.)
12. Receives and double-checks quality of finished products.
13. Performs washing/ cleaning of production tools/ equipments.
14. Perform inventory count to ensure that order quantity is met.
15. Load/ unload and arrange raw materials and stocks on warehouse/ department storage.
16. Responsible on cleaning production areas (e.g. working tables, floors, wall, windows, ceiling etc.)
17. Performs compliance to the standard operating procedures such as process flow of the section etc.
18. Takes prompt action on whatever tasks/ duties that may be assigned from time to time.
