************* What You Will Do *************
- Ensure that our support team provides an outstanding customer experience in all interactions. These interactions include assisting with general inquiries; troubleshooting issues, making outbound calls, and performing follow up.
- Assist out support team to achieving key metrics –this will require you to empower the support team to amicably resolve disputes, handle returns quickly, monitor customer feedback, and assist the sales team in creating new ways to offer value and solutions to our customers.
- Performing the best customer support that you can possibly be by: leading customer experience initiatives across the company, finding new ways to personalize and improve the customer experience, and constantly driving both personal and team improvement across the support team.
- Assisting us in developing a service culture that advocates for the customer and prioritizes enhancement of the customer experience above all else.

*************Schedule*************
- Full-time; 40 hours per week
- Monday – Friday PST time zone (can be flexible)
- $990/month and UP! Depending on experience (5.50/hours and up)
- Payment will be submitted bi-monthly
