Interior Design / Project Estimator Virtual Assistant

Hi, we are looking for an amazing person that is happy and excited to help us grow and make a huge impact in the flooring industry. We are hoping to find someone with experience in interior design as well as programs such as Auto Cad and Estimating projects to work on everyday projects such as:

• Excited to Learn new programs and help make training videos and quizzes to teach additional new employees
• Bidding Out Projects for clients
• Help with Creating Design Boards
• Calculating needed Materials and Quantities using our Measuring Program, Measure Square
• Editing photos taken with Photoshop type programs so that they are completely professional grade
• Help with Customer Follow Ups
• Help with Reaching out to new customers through Cold Calls, Texts, and Reaching out to people on Social Media with our Marketing Team.
• And Much more :-)

Must Haves:
• Working the hours of 8-5 USA Mountain Standard Time
• A Reliable Fast Computer with Multiple Screens or Multiple Computers for Faster Estimating and Bidding.
• Fluent in English Speak and Writing
• Must be willing to use Time Proof
• be able to video Chat throughout the day
