Experienced VA needed for listing dropshipping products on marketplace.

I am seeking an experienced VA to list products for me on an alternative online marketplace to ebay & amazon. However previous experience listing products on ebay is a ---------- is a full time position – 40 hours, but it is flexible. You can work whatever hours of the day you want, but this must be your sole job.
Payment will be $2 - $3 per hour depending on your experience and skills. If things go well and you do a really good job, payment increases are certainly possible.
I have had an online business for 15 years and am really looking to expand things over the next year. I will treat you well and with respect, and it is a great opportunity to learn a new skill set in a business that does dropshipping a little differently to the traditional methods.
The first project will require listing on a marketplace that requires ---------- will be relatively simple to start off with, but requires concentration. Full paid training will be provided. I will pick the products ---------- will be very repetitive at first with some basic title building that involves translation into German.
As confidence grows and you prove yourself to be proficient and get to know the marketplace well, you will be able to choose your own products (under my guidance) and it will involve more substantial title building, selecting the correct category etc.
If things go well, there will be some ebay listings and possibly amazon down the line.
There may also be some order fulfilment and customer service, if you feel comfortable with it, but this would not be until well into next year.
Job requirements:
-Title optimization
- Experience with ebay dropshipping and listing (Amazon is a bonus). This includes being expert with ebay categories, item specifics, making tidy descriptions etc.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft excel
- Basic photoshop skills
- Fast computer and reliable and fast internet connection
- Quiet room to work in
- Reliable and honest
- Dropbox for file sharing (It’s free to download)
- Excellent English writing skills (must be fluent)
- Fast learning

Desirable but not essential skills:
- Experience with sourcing products from aliexpress and similar websites.
- Experience with google translate
- Ability to speak German or French (This would be a huge plus)
