Website Hack Emergency Response Team (Telemarketer)

You will be calling on customers who were/are hacked by hackers, and you will be offering Malware cleanup services (we fix it for them), and upselling to full hosting (packages and benefits listed on the site)...

We will be reviewing your facilities for performing the work (work location, internet speed, voip/phone availability, computer skills).


1) manning the online chat on our site to respond to customer queries
3) work mostly North American timezones (I am ok with split between West Europe and East North America as well)
4) be highly motivated to close on sales - by telephone primarily
5) sales skills to call/email them, source a lead, try to close it, or escalate to management (sales or technical) to assist in closing the deal

Focus is on a new brand of super premium hosting - customers will be ones who have semi-large websites now and are unhappy with idiots like godaddy, etc. So previous experience in this field would be huge for you.

I am interested in all types of proposals and compensation models, everything is trackable of course in the CRM and sales funnel tools.

Mandatory Phone, Chat and Email interviews will be conducted. You will indicate your availability of hours per week (does not have to be fulltime), your compensation expectations, and language abilities + previous work experience.
