Sr Project Coordinator

SOLUTIONADO is based in Los Angeles and provides value added services to American brick & mortar businesses. To support our go-to-market we are looking to hire:

Sr Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
• Initially:
o List building
o Lead research
o Customer facing correspondence
o Support recruiting efforts
o Support onboarding of new team members
• After approx. 3 months:
o Execute IT strategy in coordination with senior executives
o Process documentation
o Coordinate training requirements
o Coordinate IT support
o Coordinate internal IT projects
o Coordinate customer facing projects
o Manage Lead Gen team
• Various other tasks as needed

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from 4-year university preferred, but not required
• Must have superior interpersonal and communication skills
• 4+ years of relevant experience IT projects and IT support
• 4+ years of demonstrated project management experience
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, social media marketing or marketing
• 2+ years of experience in working remotely in an international environment
• Independent work style, able to perform with minimal supervision
• Solid skills in Excel, CRM, and various other software tools
• Ability to remain calm and composed in the light of tight deadlines
• Strong verbal and written English skills
