Graphic Designer

I have a beautifully laid-out cookbook with photos that was designed on an old program (Page Plus) that is no longer supported. It has some layering to it. I need it remade as close to possible as the original. The font needs to be made larger which might throw off the current layout. I do not have the original PP files; only the pdf. Would love to hire someone who would be excited to do the project.
