drop shipping specialist and customer service

Need to be really good with customer service and have knowledge in online marketing. very good with website building. I need people who are familiar with drop shipping. they need to know how to fulfill orders as well. I am trying to create a team so i need two people as my customer service team and two fulfillment specialist. I need a product researcher as well as an online social media ad marketer.
