VA Superstar for Vacation Rental Co in Australia

Do you want to work from home? We are looking for part time/full time guest services virtual assistants for a holiday rental business that is based in Australia. We have an awesome Phillipines based team of staff that looks after the guest/customer service admin functions. We need two new Superstars to join our fabulous team!

About You:

Experience with AirBNB, Homeaway and/or VRBO.
Experience with email handling
Reliable
Diligent
Thorough
Excellent English Communication skills - especially in writing
Able to work at least one shift over the weekend plus some weekdays
Great team player
Quick learner
Back up internet and power options in the event of outages
Able to handle multiple tasks at once

Bonus points for skills such as:
- customer complaint handling experience
- social media management
- reputation management

Your usual tasks will be:
- answering email queries and booking requests
- updating the booking calendars
- sending necessary information to guests
- secondary interaction with owners
- adding and updating booking charts
- updating information on three main sites (airbnb, HomeAway and Newbook)

There is a reasonable amount of work to do particularly with bookings. If you have some great skills, we may have other work for you as well.

* Attractive hourly rate.
* Weekly payments straight into your bank account in PH.
* 13 month (pro rata)
* We are investigating options for an HMO package for staff
