Cold Caller **WORK DURING US Central Time Zone**

Pay: $350/month base salary (17820.25 Php)
Bonus: $75 for each deal your department closes. Our salesforce earn on average $750 per month in bonus.
After 6 months of working with us the bonus goes up to $150 per deal closed.
Flexible Payment Method: Remitly or Paypal (or your preference) in arrears. We can also pay using escrow through Upwork

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: From 10am to 6pm (USA Central Standard Time)

Role & Duties
Join the Upgrade to see actual info family as an account executive. We are looking for highly motivated and experienced salesperson. As an account executive you will be responsible for qualifying leads in your department through inbounds and outbounds calls. You will input the lead’s information onto the company’s CRM, you will schedule an appointment with the lead and negotiate with the leads assigned to you. You will earn a bonus for every deal closed in your department.
Minor administrative tasks such as customer data entry will be assigned to you as well.

Requirements
• Must be very organized
• Must have near perfect English speaking skills
• Must be warm and enthusiastic over the phone
• Must have prior phone sales experience and understand how to handle objections.
• Must have a quiet workspace to make phone calls and have noise cancelling headphones
• Must be comfortable taking initiative and explore ways to improve operation.
• Must be familiar and willing to learn how to us Upgrade to see actual info
• Must be able to occasionally join us for voice communication and training sessions
• Must be able to download and install Dialpad on your computer (the company will pay for the account).
• Must be able to download and install Google Chrome on your computer
• Must be able to use Google drive and google sheets
• Must have a reliable computer and a very reliable internet connection 20Mbp/s download and at least 5Mbps upload internet
