We are looking for an experienced IT person for our growing eCommerce companies.
Platform knowledge will include:
- Magento 2
- Zendesk
- Asana
- Zoho
- Slack
- Microsoft Office & OneDrive.
As a Technical Support lead, you will be tasked with monitoring and maintaining website functionality, organisation's computer/software/hardware trouble shooting, and will be responsible for helping diagnosing any hardware/software faults, customer related eCommerce experience issues, and system software interactions.
You will be working along side a development team to make sure any known or recently diagnosed issue have been logged and followed through to resolution. You will need to communicate on fellow team member technical issue promptly and provide technical support across the company while maintaining to monitor any inbound customer related technical issue or IT projects /fixes due for completion.
The right applicant will have good English communication skills, ability to think logically, great attention to detail and able to diagnose customer technical problems quickly with good time management.
