Join our growing team of talented professionals and be part of an amazing eCommerce company based in the Philippines, Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Shanghai.

Right now, we have a small, but growing team of rockstar employees who handle multiple assignments. Over the next few months, as the business grows, we anticipate to have more work than we can handle. We are looking for a versatile Customer Service VA with strong writing skills who will help us with our expected workload and be part of the company for years to come.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Answering customer service emails, messages and comments. Ensuring customers are happy :)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong english writing skills. Good writing personality
• Min 40hour/week commitment. Time/task documentation.
• Regular daily hours (exact time is flexible, but it needs to be the same start and end time everyday)
• At least 2 years experience in customer service
• Experience in Shopify, Klaviyo, Asana and ZenDesk a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion. Highly curious. Fast learner. Willingness to try to figure things out independently.
• Quiet space. FAST internet.
