Wordpress Developer

I would like a landing page to be built in Wordpress. This includes hosting set-up.

Here is the page, the format will be identical to this (although the text and the image will be different).

A few things are very important things to note:
• 90% of traffic will be mobile - design for mobile first and page must be resposive
• Page must be secure
• Upon submitting their information page, they will be redirected to another existing page – I will give you the URL
• Need to install Facebook pixel – I will send pixel code
• I will need access to the submission data through Zapier or similar (include the survey results AND the form details) - please outline how I can access the data
• Page load speed is critical (ideally under 0.8 seconds) - please outline all measures you will take to optimise loading speed (such as WP Super Cache plugin)
• This is a Clickfunnels page and uses the Clickfunnels survey. I understand the survey quiz you use may be slightly different as this. You can either use a survey plugin OR custom build the quiz yourself. However, it is very important that the quiz must function very similar to the one in the example page. It is extremely important that the quiz and form is lighting fast and is a nice user experience. In your quote, please identify which survey plugin you will use and / or provide some examples of quizzes (including forms) that you have build previously. Even if you have not built a survey before I just need to see an example of how the quiz will look
• I will create a sub-domain for you and you will need to configure and setup the hosting accordingly - must use a host that is fast for loading
