SEO Specialist (White Hat)

Hello, myself and my partner are looking for an seo specialist to help us gain more traffic to our website through 100% white hat, ethical ranking methods through seo. The following skills will be needed:

-In depth keyword research skills (including long tail)
-Will be expected to Seo Optimise 1 blog per week (on page seo) We both have specialised bloggers to ensure content is good.
-Weekly reports on SEO progress (through website analytics, traffic, and keyword ranking analysis)
-Creating/managing Link building strategies/campaigns
