So your main job responsibilities are:
(1) Reply to customer
(2) Reply to Chat/Text Messages
(3) Answer phone calls and help customers with their issues or set up the problem.
(4) General VA tasks as our customer service are not too busy.
Skills Required:
- Fluent in English
- Excellent English Writing Skills
- Previous Technical Support Preferred.
- PC with Internet, headphone and microphone, internet speed at least 10 Mbps.
- Ability to solve technical problems related to car camera (Training will be provided by us)
- Must learn and understand how electronics, computer hardware, and software works. We need to think outside of the box and solve all arising problems related to our car dashcam product.

Timing: 40-Hours/Week, 8-Hours/Day
Monday – 4-5 Days during weekdays
Weekend – Sat & Sunday part-time or full day.
