Email Customer Service Agent

Hi,
I am looking for a customer service agent to handle email inquiries from my clients throughout the day and possibly live chat in the future. We'll go through 100-150 emails daily.

Requirements:
You must have constant access to the internet & be reliable

You must be a quick learner as there are a lot of moving parts to this.

You must have experience using Help Scout

Your English should be very proficient as my customers are all US-based and this is a high ticket item.

You should have experience with Wordpress and or easy digital downloads

You have a skype account for constant communication throughout the day & are will to set up phone calls/video chats when needed. 

You must be available during these time frames 10am - 9pm EST Monday - Friday
