T-Shirt Designer

I search a creative T-Shirt Designer with very good skills in designing with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
I need 50-100 designs in the month.Later maybe more.
For extra good designs, I pay more.
German language skills would make it easier to work.
Works may not be copied and the copyright may not be violated.

Finished products must be provided in the following formats:PSD with editable layers, and transparent PNG (300dpi,4500X5400 pixels and 300dpi,4000x4000 pixels).
