Social media/graphics assistant

Hi! I need someone to help grow my social media following. I have a business selling Italian made permanent hair colour on a subscription basis in Australia. I need someone who has good social media skills and who can design and create some tiles, follow and interact with people, and generally grow the following as well as focus on providing useful, helpful information about hair colouring at home to our followers. This position would suit someone with some graphic design skills, possibly with knowledge about hair colouring/hairdressing or who is comfortable and familiar with growing interest in a product in the beauty sector. I would like to find someone who appreciates simple, modern design and who can understand the types of visual images I like and who can suggest ideas and be proactive in suggesting ideas, images, competitions, themes for our social. Our platform is Hootsuite and we want to find someone who has previous experience working with Hootsuite.
