This job requires the candidate to be capable of making cold calls to prospects utilizing a mojo dialer. The intend is to qualify people interested in selling their house(s) and setup an appointment (call) with me to talk further. You will be required to screen the prospect of whether they are selling the house, if so, gather details of their house.
You will be provided with the following:
- Mojo dialer
- List & phone numbers to call
- Script
- Training on how to approach prospects
Job Duties (Required Metrics to Meet Weekly)
- Cold call for 6 hours everyday on weekdays
- Make 75 contacts per week. This means making contact with at least 75 homes owners weekly to qualify whether they want to sell their house or not (Have to meet this goal)
- Qualify prospects and setup appointment with the leads
- This will be a full-time 30 hrs a week job, where you will be required to work from 9 am - 12 am EST and 1 pm to 3 pm EST for a potential of at least a month if you meet expectations. As you meet the No. of Contacts metrics, you will continue to make cold calls. This is meant to a long-term position
Experience
- Cold calling (telemarketing)
- Generating home owners leads wanting to sell their house (preferred but not necessary)
- General understanding of real estate market in the U.S.
- Excellent english speaking skills (Required)
- Ability to build rapport with prospects and not sound like a robot (Required)
Growth Potential
- For every lead that you bring to me (setup a call appointment) and I am to close, you will earn 2% margin of the profit from the deal that is closed. This means, you will have the ability to earn up to extra $400+ /month per deal depending on the amount of deals we close.
$3/ Hour rate.
