Inbound Customer Specialist

We are looking for an Inbound Customer Specialist who can help us out with the following tasks:
? Answer inbound calls from our different lead generation campaign
? ?Gather information and forward it to the Podio Database
? and other admin tasks which we will train you to do.
Moreover, we want individuals who:
? have good communication skills
? are keen to details
? have experience as a VA for REI is a plus
? are reliable (as we do not tolerate absences without notice)
? are resourceful and can find a solution to problems.
? eager to learn and can work with minimum supervision
? can work with others and values excellent customer service.
You will be using tools like:
? Podio
? Slack
? Google docs and sheets
? Smrtphone
