Real Estate Underwriter

Our team is looking for a residential real estate underwriter for underwriting new acquisitions for our company. The underwriter will be responsible for performing all financial analysis and market research on incoming properties in a timely manner. You must be able to work quickly and analyze properties in minutes.
This position requires the proficient use of Google Sheets or Excel, Real Estate data sources like the MLS, Redfin, and Upgrade to see actual info.

Also, since this is a home-based type of job, we need you to comply with the following technical requirements:
• Desktop computer or laptop with at least 4gb ram, core i3 and is able to run multiple apps
• Reliable internet connection with at least 5mbps;
• Has a backup connection
• Backup plan for power outages
• Conducive working space
