We run a snack manufacturing company. Where we factor invoices, deal with invoices deductions from customers, and etc.

I'm on the lookout for a LONG TERM team member that cares about me and my company. I need someone that will help our accountants and speed up the accounting process so we can analysis numbers and pull reports by month-end.

We need freelance accounting expertise in payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, FACTORING, analysis, and etc.

You MUST have these skills & Experience: DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE THE BELOW:
- MUST know Quickbooks Enterprise.
- Record cash receipts and applies payments to customer invoices in QuickBooks
- Record factored invoice transactions, record factoring expenses and reconcile to factoring company statements.
- Conduct monthly cash and CC reconciliations
- Maintain schedules reconciliations for major balance sheet accounts (fixed assets, prepaid expense, long-term debt, etc.)
- Maintain invoices in ---------- and reconcile to QuickBooks.
- Collaborate with and provide information to the external accountants and internal staff
- Keep track of monthly accounts receivable & payables
- Write checks to vendors and other accounts payable
- Record bimonthly payroll obligations
- Maintain accounting records digitally and electronically
- Be Available US Central Business Hours and available after hours if needed.
- Great business communication skills - (English writing & speaking)
