Designer

Hello,
First of all I need a designer who knows german or can design in german. I am looking for a designer for my ---------- 's about tshirt designs.
I will mention a few points that are important.


Basic requirement is of course good work and beautiful designs.
I expect work on time.
I would like a designer to answer my questions when I send them by mail immediately, so normal readiness basically.
I absolutely need a designer who can speak or design German.
And the work should be done cheaply. If the work is good and we work together longer, the salary increases as well:)
