Graphic Designer / Artist

I am looking for a graphic designer to create images for t-shirts, sweaters, etc. that will be sold online.

- Experienced in shirt designs or willing to deepen existing knowledge
- High creativity in variety topics (e.g. abstract, sketches, animals, logos)

- High reliability: Designs are finished in-time
- Proactivity: You improve/develop given ideas on your own
- Good communication style: We will discuss past and future designs, so I need someone who likes receiving feedback and improve his/herself
- Team player: I see us as a team rather than an on-demand graphic designer

*** About Me***
I am 36 years old, located in Germany, and I have a Diploma in Psychology and a Ph.D. in Neuroscience. I have a strong background in Marketing and I am working in the industry for several years. My goal is to build a successful online-shop with regular fashion clothes. Furthermore, I am a loyal team-player - that’s why I will work with people that have the same intention only.

You can expect from me:
- An open, honest and clear feedback about the created designs
- A structured and clear description (using text, sketches and example images from the internet) of needed designs
- Your payment will be alway in-time


*** Rights / Files ***
PSD / Illustrator files, as well as the exported files, will be sent to me at the end of each project. The rights of the design will be transferred to me.

*** Copyrights ***
I do NOT want designs that violate any copyrights. The collaboration and payments will end immediately if a violation of copyrights is found.

*** Payment ***
$2 per finished design at the end of each week (Sunday) via Paypal.
There is a possibility to expand to a full-time job when the designs show significant success in the online store.

Additionally, you will get:
- a 100% bonus for each design that sold at least 10 times and
- an additional 200% bonus for each design that sold at least 50 times in the online shop.

This arrangement works more on a trust basis because you will not be able to check it. However, I want you to be part of the success.
Please be informed that selling fashion online is a hard business and only a few of your designs will hit this mark (unfortunately). We will need a lot of exploration to get there.
