Lead Generation Assistant. Incoming Calls/Outgoing Calls and online lead generation. Part time transition to full time. Training included!

Access Capital Investments is looking for a professional candidate with customer service and sales skills whose main goal will be to successfully handle initial incoming and outgoing sales calls from motivated home sellers. In addition they will be spending a consistent amount of time lead generating for properties we may potentially purchase fitting our criteria.

We are real estate investors. We provide homeowners alternative options to selling their house outside of the conventional method of listing with a real estate agent. Virtually all of the homeowners we deal with are in distress and need help selling their home quickly.

You will be handling all of the incoming calls from clients responding to our marketing

Experience in the real estate industry is a MAJOR plus! You MUST be absolutely confident you can handle incoming sales calls, including dealing with disgruntled home owners with compassion, respect, and empathy.

Hours: 9AM-5PM EST available to work weekends if necessary, and able to submit daily reports of your activity to the acquisitions team.


General Job Duties:

Incoming Calls: Between the hours of 9AM-5PM EST you will be receiving phone calls from sellers interested in selling their home. The calls come from different sources of lead generation from our marketing department such as, direct mail, online advertising, flyers etc. Your job will be to simply gather as much information as possible using our scripts, make the interested party feel comfortable with our organization, and input the information into our CRM for our acquisitions team to move further. There is no telling of how many calls can come in per day so you should be prepared at all times.

Outgoing Calls: After the hours of 5pm EST the clients will be sent to a voice mailbox instead of directly to the phone line. You will be responsible following up with all callers the next day to begin the conversation of helping them to sell their home.

Information Gathering - You will be instructed on how to quickly gather information for the property in question and collect the information necessary for our acquisitions team to make a decision faster.

Online Lead Generation - We will teach you the daily activities required to generate motivated seller leads online every single day. There are several methods, tools, and practices to be taught on how to find motivated home sellers online. We will teach you this method over the course of your training and will be required to generate a consistent stream of potential sellers to the acquisitions department.

• As an extension of our organization, we will expect nothing short of a courteous and respectful manner with ALL callers.


REQUIREMENTS

1. Basic knowledge of U.S real estate

2. Experience working with other U.S. real estate professionals a major plus

3. At least 1 year experience in sales, customer service, and/or client relations.

4. Excellent English writing and oral communication skills.
