Skills and Tools Required
• Fast and reliable internet connection. 5 MBPS minimum is essential.
• Minimum system requirements of: i5 4th Gen with 2.5 GHZ and 8GB of RAM
• Computer savvy
• Good understanding of English, written and oral
• Hard-working and loyal
• Eager to learn and progress within a fast-growing company

Salary and Entitlements
• Hourly: US$1.75 (Guaranteed)
• Weekly Achievement Bonus: US$8 (Discretionary)
• Monthly Retainer Bonus (Guaranteed): US$30
• Quarterly Retainer Bonus (Guaranteed): US$60
• Annual Retainer Bonus (Guaranteed): US$175
• Minimum Annualized Income: US$4,534 / $2.18 p/hr (Guaranteed) + bonuses
• Additional bonuses available by employer discretion

Requirements of Role
• Availability from 7AM to 4PM (Mon-Fri) Philippine time
• Daily face to face Skype calls
• Agreement to ADL Conditions of work

About the Company Australian Distribution (ADL)

ADL is an Australian based distribution business and has two sister companies that operate outside of Australia.

ADL does not market its name but markets products and brands instead. ADL's products sell in excess of $1m p/a across Ebay platforms both locally and internationally. We also supply all of the leading CER retail chains in the region.

Aside from the retail supply side of the business, the company has 3 existing e-commerce websites with plans for a 4th to be built this year centered around dropshipping.

ADL and its sister companies have been operating for 7 years and are therefore well established. We have a credible name upheld in our markets.
