This job isn't just a turn up and get your pay check kind of job, we want someone who is motivated, driven and willing to help grow the business working along side the owners.

You must be able to work and think for yourself.
We are currently looking for a part time or full time Administration & Operations Assistant to assist with a range of day to day business operational duties, including (but not limited to;)
Data analysis
Sales, Marketing & Customer Communications Reporting (Google Sheets)
Answering customer enquiries and emails
Client Data Entry (Clubworx)
General Accounts Payable Data Entry (MYOB)
Communicating with members via social media and email to provide support and send out business news and updates
Coordinating management's calendar and reminders to prompt the team when important events, tasks or deadlines are approaching
Assistance with the development of Systems & Processes for company policies and procedures
Research and coordination of company events and activities
Typing out various documentation including procedures, student documents and administration forms
Monitoring of social media accounts to ensure customer service is provided at all times
Assist with automation of new lead communications and reporting for the sales team
Assist with electronic record keeping system (Google Drive)
Some skills in graphic creation (internal posters and social media images) highly regarded
Attend zoom team meetings and keep up to date with the company's current goals and plans
Other various day to day ah-hoc operational duties
Some personal administration duties for the owners of the company
