Soft Skills:
• At least 3 years experience in a help desk/service desk environment ideally for an Australian, New Zealand or UK firm
• Strong Australian comprehension skills and ability to interpret instructions effectively
• Strong English verbal communication skills and written communication skills
• A high degree of Customer Service experience
• Ability to manage time effectively
Technical Skills (hands on work experience)
• A minimum of 1 x IT Diploma or 1 x IT Degree
• Helpdesk tool use such as AutoTask, ConnectWise, Remedy
• Remote control tool such as Kaseya, Labtech, GoToMyPC, Remote Desktop Services
• Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft Windows 8 installation and management
• Microsoft Windows Server 2008, Microsoft Windows Server 2012 Active Directory
• Microsoft Office 2007, 2010, 2013 installation and management
• Backup technologies such as Shadowprotect, Acronis or Veeam
Other Key Requirements
• Must live within Cebu City no more than 1 hour from GAGFA IT Tower
• Must be available to work from 6am to 3pm Cebu time and be flexible to attend to urgent client work outside of these hours from time to time
