Urgently Needed A Full Time Web Designer, Working Place will be in Makati Area

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
To design and create e-commerce websites and work closely with the web developer to build a user friendly e-commerce online shopping portal.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
? Diploma/Bachelor of Multimedia or equivalent tertiary education in graphic art/web development
? Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Dreamweaver, PhotoShop, Flash, Adobe Premiere
? Efficient with principles of design, HTML, and CSS.
? Understand javascript and Jquery to make reasonable updates and changes.
? Strong understanding of site structure, navigation, UX principles, wireframes, and user flow.
? Knowledge in browser/device compatibility and cross-browser issues/challenges.
? Familiarity with current web design trends and techniques.
? Ability to maintain and create clean, semantic web page layouts that do not require tables.
? Create or obtain graphics for website, such as icons, user interface elements, and photographs.
? Preferable to have knowledge in Microsoft Expression.
? Possess good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
? Experience in PHP, responsive design, SEO, CMS, eCommerce, templating system is a plus
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
? Recommend to management for software required to design and create the websites for e-commerce.
? Responsible for the design, layout and production of graphics collaterals.
? Assist in conceptualizing and implementing creative designs for web, video and print.
? Work closely with internal and external partners to create effective marketing materials to support online marketing projects (E-direct mailer (EDM), web banner, updating of web data, develop and edit videos and animation clips).
? Ability to take up additional tasks from other departmental managers and produce materials
? Must have a great eye for design, and the creative skills to execute ideas.
? Team player with at least 1 year of relevant experience designing and developing modern public-facing websites
? Desire and ability to learn new things, accept feedback, and grow in your design capabilities.
? Must have an impressive portfolio including original concepts and hands-on design.
