Core Responsibilities:
Logistics and e-commerce work

Order management
Familiar with Shopify or similar platform (WooCommerce, CommerceHub, etc)
Able to learn new order management interfaces quickly-Order portals on different online sales channels
Order creation-Parcel/freight as well as ecommerce
Label creation-International shipment labels-Return shipment labels-Parcel shipment labels
Refund/replacement unit orders?Shipment coordination and tracking
Experience with freight forwarders (Flexport, CH Robinson, etc)
Experience with warehouses and warehouse integrators (3PLs, Flexe, Flowspace, etc)
Experience with trucking companies (FreightQuote, UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc)
Experience with Amazon FBA shipments (LTL, UPS, etc)
Experience utilizing different web and mobile applications of various companies?Inventory tracking
Create summary reports pulling information from multiple sources
Creation of new SKUs and gathering characteristics into centralized databases

Sales tracking
Bringing together sales data from multiple channels for a holistic picture
Assisting with some accounting reports

Report download/generation

Amazon work
Answering inbounds from customers
Product listings management
Account management?
Report download/generation
Opening cases, speaking to Seller Support to sort issues

General business tasks to support Sales/Partnerships
Ordering shipping and event supplies
Ordering marketing materials
Shallow analysis of requirements
Data entry on set-up sheets
