JOB OVERVIEW

I need someone who has a good English speaking voice that can create many short voice narrations every day.

I have a software company that provides website and call capture codes for Real Estate Agents in the US. We setup the real estate agents homes for sale with a special code that can be placed on a sign in front of the home, someone can drive past, call the number, enter the unique home code, and they will hear a professional voice message. Here are the responsibilities of this job.

1. You will be responsible to login to our software every day and collect the list of codes that need recordings made. You will login to our software dashboard and there will be numerous listings that need recordings made. You will take a listing like this one for example.

2. And build a recording script that lists things like the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and misc details. The script will need to meet a few requirements such as be less than 75 words. A script template will be provided.

3. You will then turn on your microphone and record the script with your voice. You can use whatever software you want.

4. Edit the recording: If you have a decent microphone and there is not much background noise, then you may be able to upload recordings as is. If you make mistake or make them too long or have lots of fuzzy noise, you'll have to edit the audio and make it sound professional. The recordings file needs to be an MP3 and be as small as possible. 500 KB is a good side.

5. Upload recording: You'll then login to our software and upload the recording.

Expectations to be met.
1. Start work on time and work a regular shift. Be consistent.
2. Make sure that all details are correct, recordings are perfectly correct, uploaded to correct matching code, and without any errors.
3. Be able to produce 1 recording for every 15 minutes of work minimum.
4. Post a daily update every day
5. Work with other team members
6. Meet rush deadlines if necessary

Keep the script to less than 75 words total.

2. Record the script and make sure the audio is clear and clean and less than 1 mb at the most, ideal is 500 kb.
