The Role

The role of the Program Development and Grants Manager is to successfully secure the resources required to operationalize Plan’s Country Strategic Plan. Responsibilities include: Supporting the growth of grants through innovative and compelling partnerships and project designs, harnessing and managing relationships with donors, local missions, supporting private entities and corporate foundations, and ensuring compliance for both financial and operational requirements (including reporting) of grant-funded projects.


Skills Required

In order to excel in this fundraising and business development management role you will need:

Strong leadership skills, demonstrated success in fundraising or business development and the ability to meet set targets and KPIs.
Excellent technical writing skills and proven ability to creatively and professionally engagecorporate, bilateral and multilateral donors and clients.
Advocacy, gender equality and inclusion experience.
Experience working with INGOs, foundations, large philanthropic corporations, and government bodies in the Philippines, would be an asset.

Native level Tagalog and good English language skills are essential.
