We are currently recruiting for Social Media/Website/Admin - Personal Assistant to work from home.
The Social Media Marketing Virtual Assistant will assist with the planning, creating, scheduling and engagement across Social Media platforms.
The PA should be able to handle all kinds of admin workload given, data entry and more.
Some days might be relaxing, some days might be taxing. Do take note.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Researching current market trends and topics that are attracting high engagement across social media platforms.
- Basic photoshop skills.
- Scheduling of Social Media content.
- Uploading images to social media platforms.
- Able to find similar competitors and research on them, make sure we are also doing the right thing (Same trend).
- Should have basic on page and off page SEO knowledge.
- Familiar with Wordpress
SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:
- 1 Year of experience either as a virtual assistant or working from home.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Competent Social Media knowledge across
- Organized and meticulous. Have a eye for detall and should be able to spot the error in this sentence.
- Reply in your chat the error you spotted and start the subject heading as "I am your correct choice"
- Indicate where you are based in (State and City)
- A laptop/computer to work from.
- Stable internet connection is a MUST. Please indicate your internet speed
- Experience in digital marketing is highly recommended.
